It’s different for everyone! 🌟 Knowing what we know now about the intestinal system, you don’t need 🤯 fiber to survive, but that doesn’t mean you have to completely give it up.

Your body is incredibly smart—it knows what it needs! Pay attention to how you feel after eating fiber-rich foods. Are you experiencing constant bloating or discomfort? That might be a sign to scale back.

Fast forward to today, 👉 we’re being told to eat six times a day to “boost metabolism” or “keep energy up.” 🫠But let’s be real—our ancestors weren’t worried about meal timing, and they weren’t battling the same health issues we see everywhere now.

Maybe the key isn’t eating more—maybe it’s eating smarter. 🤔
