What You Will Get
A custom 5, 6 or 7-day meal plan that tells you what to eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks and that can be portioned for 1 or 2 people, or a large family. The meal plan is customized by me to your food preferences and personal diet of choice, and comes with a grocery list and all the recipes to keep as well as a 30 minute consult.
All meal plans are emailed to you as a PDF on a date that is convenient, to give you time to grocery shop and prep for the week ahead.
