My food and mood 3-step method tackles everything you need to know about moods and what causes them. Step 1 teaches you the importance between gut health and brain health, where your mood centres live. In step 2 I’ll show you what therapeutic foods (and some supplements) to focus on so that you know exactly what to do for the rest of your life to balance your moods. And in the last step – step 3, I’ll teach you about the mind body connection to our moods.

"About a year ago, I was connected to Tracy Houle via my naturopath. My main reason for connecting was to help with my digestion.
