Virtual Initial Consultation

Your initial 1-hour consultation is a comprehensive deep-dive into your health and well-being. During this session, we’ll thoroughly assess your health history, symptoms, dietary and lifestyle patterns, and discuss any pressing health concerns you may have. Based on this detailed review, I will provide you with a personalized plan of action tailored to your needs, along with valuable resources on Nutrition, Diet, Fitness, and Supplementation to set you on the right path. It’s the first step toward empowering you with the tools and knowledge to achieve your health goals!

Nutritional Plan

My approach provides you with an easy-to-follow, individualized holistic plan designed to align perfectly with your health goals. Each plan is thoughtfully structured across key categories such as Goal Setting, Recipes and Meal Plans, Fitness, Lifestyle, and Supplements.

To support your progress, you’ll receive accompanying resources and documents that make implementation seamless and stress-free. Together, we’ll ensure every aspect fits comfortably into your routine, paving the way for sustainable and meaningful change.

Custom Meal Plans

To alleviate your stress and worries about what to eat, how often, and how much, I’ll create a customized meal plan, or your personal recipe book tailored specifically to your health goals and objectives.

4 Follow-up Virtual Meetings

After the initial consult, you’ll receive ongoing support as we work collaboratively to tackle the root causes of your symptoms. Together, we will refine your plan, make adjustments as needed, and review your progress every step of the way.

With four 30-minute virtual meetings, we’ll have the opportunity to discuss what’s working, address any challenges, and keep you motivated toward achieving your health goals.
