Pumpkin Energy Bites

Enjoy this immunity boosting snack recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 cups dry, uncooked oat flakes
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup cacao (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • Set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • OPTIONAL: Dip each bite into a bowl of cacao, coating the exterior to your liking.
  • After 30 minutes, serve and enjoy!
