Blackberry Hemp Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  • 1 cup blackberries (or any berries)(fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup oats (gluten-free)
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
  1. Mix oats, coconut milk, chia seeds, hemp seeds in a bowl with a lid. Let set in fridge overnight.
  2. Split into two bowls and top with blackberries, cinnamon, banana, and walnuts.
