a Healthy Lifestyle

Whether you want to be more organized in the kitchen or are dealing with specific food protocols and health goals, meal planning can be a tremendous help. Taking away the stress of what to eat by having a clear and comprehensive meal plan can help you reach your desired goals.

What You Will Get

  • A custom 5, 6 or 7-day meal plan that tells you what to eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks and that can be portioned for 1 or 2 people, or a large family.
  • A weekly overview at a glance at what’s on the menu
  • Calories and macronutrients (protein, fat, carbs) for the day
  • Calories and macronutrients(protein, fat, carbs) for each individual recipe
  • A grocery list for each week
  • 13-17 customized recipes depending on how much time you want to spend in the kitchen

The meal plan is customized by me to your food preferences and personal diet of choice depending on your goals. You get food and ingredients you will actually want to eat!

All meal plans are emailed to you as a PDF on a date that is convenient, to give you time to grocery shop and prep for the week ahead.

I was desperately trying to lose weight for more than three years; I tried different methods and diets but nothing actually worked. I met Tracy in a workshop and I was so impressed about her passion about nutrition so I decided to give her a call to discuss my goals. "About a year ago, I was connected to Tracy Houle via my naturopath. My main reason for connecting was to help with my digestion. I had a feeling that something wasn’t right but I just assumed that everyone’s digestion times were different. Still, I was curious to see what she would say. So we began with quite a lengthy questionnaire all about me and my lifestyle. That in itself helped put a few things into perspective. After that, we had a few meetings at the office and then one at a grocery store. I also logged my eating habits for approximately 12-14 days. I must note that I have done the ‘food diary’ with personal trainers before, but it did not help me — they simply adjusted my entire eating habits to a standard routine that they used, and I found myself struggling to eat the same bland things everyday.
